Led the development and implementation of a comprehensive capacity-building program for 120 farmer cooperatives in Gilgit Baltistan, some with as many as 400 members, as part of Mera Maan’s initiative. Designed and delivered three key training modules—participatory planning, resource mobilization and linkages, and institutional strengthening—tailored to the needs of the Regional Farmer Cooperative Organizations (RFCOs) and the Karakoram Farmers’ Cooperative Networks (KFCN). Spearheaded a train-the-trainer program for 360 cooperative members, ensuring at least one female participant per group. The training was highly participatory, incorporating relevant examples from agriculture and cooperatives, fostering practical learning and sustainable development.
